If your Mac is connected to the high-speed internet, but Roadrunner email no longer sends or receive any message from any sender, then there could be an issue with the email service provider. You can get it check by contacting email service provider. If there is need to change any settings, then the support team will help you in completing them.
If there is a problem with the server or the network: If you are getting an Error message on screen which says, ‘Message can’t be delivered due to server error’ or connection timed out simultaneously, then it can be due to service outage problem reported at the server level. If there is some service outage problem at your roadrunner server, then you will get this error.
To troubleshoot such errors, you need to contact your email service provider. They will check for possible reasons for this problem. If the problem is from their own end, then they will let you know that when this problem is going to get fixed. You can check the current status of your email from online status pages as well. These pages are available for all the major email service providers.
If you are getting an error message related to too many sign-in to the same account from different devices, then the best way to fix this issue is; Logout of the account and try login from a single device at a time.
If your account appears to be offline: This problem generally arises with poor network speed. If the internet speed is fine but your account still appears offline, then check the settings of your account. These need to be set again. To check your email settings, go to ‘Email’ followed by ‘Preferences’ from mail accounts. Select your Roadrunner email account from the list of accounts.
Otherwise, your Mac automatically obtains correct email settings from the internet when connected to email service provider. First fetch these settings, then compare them with the settings available on the official Roadrunner email settings management link.
If the mail arrives too late: If the incoming or outgoing mail arrives too late than expected or arrived on one device but not on other, then there might be some delivery schedule programmed in your Roadrunner email. Otherwise, delivery time can also be influenced by your internet service provider. If this problem happens again and again, then contact your internet service provider and email service provider instantly. If this problem occurs while communicating with a particular person, then there is some problem with that person email address or settings.
